Ebola and Islamic State have me back in the game

I've been busy being one of the other mes, visual artist, over the last few months and ignored Mind Jazz to a certain extent.  It turns out that there are about five other mes hanging out inside this physical entity also known as my body....or more specific....my awareness.  I seem to know for sure that I have a body but my awareness goes a bit deeper than physical reality. 

The art of illusion is so damn wonderful.

I'm not sure I've ever used the term mes so I don't know if it's spelled mes or me's....all I know is that there are more than one and lest than 7 so I put the number at five for now.

And before you start thinking about split personality issues please keep in mind that an artist doesn't need to be diagnosed with a split personality disorder....it's just part of what makes the whole picture complete.  Of course it could all be building toward something completely different than what I envision but being a renaissance human being just suits the issue.  By the way.....I've met a few more lately and the term truly does explain a certain modern day artistic personality.

Renaissance terminology always adds a bit of flavor to the description and until someone creates a better understanding of multi-faceted talent and interests, than renaissance will have to do.

Being a renaissance human being is not a time frame reference but that's what labels have been able to do. Labels place people in categories and categories place people in boxes and boxes place people on shelves and shelves place people in closets and closets place people behind doors and doors can be locked and keys can be hidden and pretty soon no one knows what was even in that box....or if that box ever existed.  Eventually someone will find the key, open the door, go in the closet, take out the box and discover something.  Is that something worthwhile or not?  Is it pretty or not?  Is it thought provoking or not?

And thus the critic is born.

So many closets and so many boxes and so many levels of talent.   I'm just now learning about what I truly can offer in order to help make this planet a better place to live. 

Why would I care about that?

Why don't you care about that?

And that brings us down to the issue of having many interests and many ways to unfold those interests into a physical solid pieces of work.

Multi-tasking seems to be a new description for people that are able to do more than one thing at the same time but I doubt very much if that term could be adequately applied to DaVinci's wide range of interests.

Reading the article it says that criticizing the sexual slavery practiced by the militant Islamic goofballs would be to deny the actual verses in the KORAN that say it's ok to do this to women.

DOES IT ACTUALLY SAY THAT IN THE KORAN?

I'm not sure because I've never read the KORAN.....but I can tell you that IF it does say that then

somehow
needs to alter the wording or re-interpret the interpretation because if it says that
whoever wrote the original wasn't
sane.

Do I hear F-22 Raptors answering that article in the paper?

AND THEN THERE'S THE EBOLA STORY

Seems pretty simple......

Quarantine.

Maybe complete quarantine until a vaccine can be created.

I just read where Mark Zukerberg gave 25 million to the CDC Foundation to help fight EBOLA.
I'm thinking that a billion might get some results.....but 25 mill doesn't even get you a great left handed pitcher anymore.

25 mill sure ain't what it used to be....

And now that I come to think about it.......nothing is what it used to be.
