I realize that nonpretty soon Larry Ellison and David Geffen will own most of the property between Duke's and the Malibu Pier....but this is a list you need to keep in your wallet when visiting Malibu.

You might have to search around for the entrance and there might be signs that say Keep Out and Private Property but they are just trying to keep you from the sand.
Good luck trying to find a parking space....and then have a nice time sitting in traffic for two hours on your way home.
