WASHINGTON (AP) — In a dramatic reversal, an Associated Press-Yahoo! News poll found that a clear majority of Democratic voters now say Sen. Barack Obama has a better chance of defeating Republican Sen. John McCain in November than Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.
While Obama and Clinton are both sustaining dents and dings from their lengthy presidential fight, the former first lady is clearly suffering more. Democratic voters no longer see her as the party's strongest contender for the White House.
Voters of all types have gotten a better sense of Obama, who was an obscure Illinois legislator just four years ago. As more people moved from the "I don't know him" category in the AP-Yahoo! News poll, more rated Obama as inexperienced, unethical and dishonest. And 15 percent erroneously think he's a Muslim, thanks in part to disinformation widely spread on the Internet.
But Obama's positive ratings have climbed as well, while Clinton — widely known since the early 1990s — has been less able to change people's views of her. And when those views have shifted, it has hurt her more than helped.

I'M PRETTY SURE that the longer the two democrats keep fighting the better it is for McCain.

I'm actually suddenly concerned that John McCain now has a fighting chance....and pretty soon I'll start thinking that just maybe he can win the election.....
IF YOU HAD TOLD ME SIX MONTHS AGO THAT ANY REPUBLICAN COULD WIN THE 2008 ELECTION I WOULD HAVE LAUGHED IN YOUR FREAKIN FACE.....
I'M NOT LAUGHING RIGHT NOW
AND I'M STUNNED BY THE PERSONAL REVERSAL OF MY THOUGHTS.......AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE

PEOPLE

TWO INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE HURTING THE PARTY.......BECAUSE THEY EACH WANT THE ENTIRE PIE.....
WELL ONE OF THEM VERY WELL MIGHT END UP WITH
CAKE
ON
THE
FACE
AND NOTHING TO DO AFTER NOVEMBER.........except of course return to the United States Senate and resume one of the best jobs in America....
Believe me when I say.....Being a United States Senator is much better than being President.....

understanding that last statement
will
fully depend
on
the size
of
your ego....
I'm being rational and I'm being realistic when I say......
WANTING TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS A WEIRD WANT....and how can we ever trust anybody that needs that much power and adulation?
IT'S WEIRD
and I realize somebody has to do it because???????
WE NEED THE COACH?????
WE NEED THE SPEECHES?????
WE NEED THE CORRUPTION?????
WE NEED THE BULLSHIT????
BECAUSE WE ARE SHEEP?????
BECAUSE WE CAN'T BE TRUSTED TO GOVERN OURSELVES?????
BECAUSE WE ARE CELEBRITY CRAZY AND OUR PRESIDENT IS THE TOP OF THE CELEBRITY FOOD CHAIN?????
So many questions and so much to think about.......and one of the things we don't need to be thinking about is why Barack Obama doesn't wear an American Flag pin on his lapel.
GROW UP and STOP IT!
DO YOU WEAR AN AMERICAN FLAG PIN ON YOUR LAPEL?
And do you think that anyone running for President of the United States has to wear an American Flag on their label because they are running for President of the United States?
And by the way.....why wouldn't people in small towns of America, where their manufacturing jobs have been shifted to Asia.....BE PISSED?
