Very Very Very Very Dark

THE FOLLOWING IS A SUMMARY STATEMENT FROM YAHOO ENCYCLOPEDIA REGARDING......

BLACK HOLES

Because light and other forms of energy and matter are permanently trapped inside a black hole, it can never be observed directly. However, a black hole can be detected by the effect of its gravitational field on nearby objects (e.g., if it is orbited by a visible star), during the collapse while it was forming, or by the X rays and radio frequency signals emitted by rapidly swirling matter being pulled into the black hole. A small number of possible black holes have been detected. The first discovered (1971) was Cygnus X-1, an X-ray source in the constellation Cygnus. In 1994 astronomers employing the Hubble Space Telescope announced that they had found conclusive evidence of a supermassive black hole in the M87 galaxy in the constellation Virgo. The first evidence (2002) of a binary black hole, two supermassive black holes circling one another, was detected in images from the orbiting Chandra X-ray Observatory. Located in the galaxy NGC6240, the pair are 3,000 light years apart, travel around each other at a speed of about 22,000 mph (35,415 km/hr), and have the mass of 100 million suns each. As the distance between them shrinks over 100 million years, the circling speed will increase until it approaches the speed of light, about 671 million mph (1080 million km/hr). The black holes will then collide spectacularly, spewing radiation and gravitational waves across the universe.

the BOLD highlights provide extra interest.....

COLLIDE SPECTACULARLY

Each one of the above bold headings are most definitely worthy of boldness, or boldmendous, or boldtacularness or any other extreme form of bold that you can envision.

But seriously......

671 Million miles per hour.....

that's moving rather fast......don't you think?

AND

the fact that in 1994 conclusive evidence of a black hole was revealed is truly no surprise to me or to any member of my family, or to my ex-wife's family, or to any friend or acquaintance of said families.

IN 1994
HOLES WERE DISCOVERED IN AREAS THAT HAD NEVER BEEN CONCEIVED, IMAGINED OR DREAMT ABOUT, EXCEPT IN THE WORST NIGHTMARE SCENARIOS.

HOLES
THAT
TODAY
ARE
NOWHERE NEAR
BEING REPARIED

OR
FILLED

HOLES THAT ARE AS BLACK AS THE ONE IN GALAXY M87

AND

HOLES

THAT JUST KEEP

SUCKING

AND

SUCKING

AND

SUCKING

learning to fill a hole of this size is a task for the ages and one that must be addressed if any semblance of sanity can exist.....

the sanity in question comes down to just a few people

because

truly

after eveything is said and done

only

a

very few

people

are affected

and the time limit for repairing and filling a hole of this magnitute cannot be determined by anyone except the actual person needing to repair and fill.

EVERYBODY CAN FEEL THE SADDNESS

BUT ONLY A FEW PEOPLE

HAVE

THE

BLACK

HOLE

FROM

1994

STILL SUCKING UP MATTER AND ENERGY

AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FILL ANYONE ELSE'S BLACK HOLE

BECAUSE

I HAVE

MY OWN

TO WORRY ABOUT

and to be honest....I haven't done all that great a job of addressing the problem, even though I have flirted with the problem, created from the problem and learned from time to time how to accept the problem.......I still have trouble believeing that the problem actually

OCCURRED
but
it did
and

BLACK HOLES ARE MOTHERF..KERS

and filling them takes all the energy that exists.........and on certain days there is no way that any energy even exists and those days are

long

and

very
very
very

dark

and those dark days are not helped by others who have their own black holes to deal with....

and that's what 1994 is in my life and the fact that a supermassive black hole was discovered in some distance galalxy....really comes as no surprise to me. I saw it form in February of that year and it keeps doing what it does to this very day.

BUT SERIOUSLY

671 MILLION MILES AN HOUR
SOMETHING VERY VERY VERY VERY DARK MOVING VERY VERY VERY VERY FAST
IS
VERY VERY
VERY
SCARY
but scarier is the fact that the scienfitic community is collaborating on a project called CERN that is attempting to create a man made mini black hole.....and they seem rather excited about the possibilities even though they have no idea what might happen.
Take this from someone who knows......filling and repairing a black hole of any kind
might
not
be
possible
we know they are there
we should try our best not to add energy to the concept
IT SUCKS
AND
IT MATTERS
and that's a major hurdle for human beings to deal with......trying to create another one seems so
counterproductive
to the
repair process.
