DON'T USUALLY DO REPEATS BUT.....

I originally penned this article on December 26, 2006....and I don't generally repeat stories (except of course Colony Collapse Disorder)....but this story doesn't seem to be generating any global concern.....

And as you read it this time...focus on the issue of what creating a mini-black hole could mean.

A mini-black hole the size of a golf ball could contain our galaxy.....a mini-black hole the size of a pin prick could contain a little bit less mass....like maybe just our Sun and its planets.

We don't know what a Black Hole contains.....we simply know that it absorbs matter and energy and light.

The fact that human beings are spending billions of dollars trying to make a Black Hole seems like the stupidest idea that anyone has ever had.....

AND NOBODY SEEMS TO BE TALKING ABOUT IT.

SO THEREFORE A REPEAT PERFORMANCE

(CNN) -- In a cosmic-sized cavern 100 meters beneath the French-Swiss border, scientists from around the globe are making final preparations for the largest experiment the world has ever seen in an attempt to unearth the origins of the Universe.

It is so powerful; it is capable of creating mini-black holes.

The hope is that the collisions -- up to one billion per second -- will reproduce the conditions that were in existence immediately after the Big Bang some 10 billion years ago.

What the scientists hope to unearth is the "God particle" -- the nickname given to the Higgs boson -- the idea forwarded by Professor Peter Higgs a theoretical physicist at Edinburgh University. The Higgs boson attempts to explain how particles acquire their mass and if it is found to exist, when the experiments are completed in the LHC, it would validate the so-called Standard Model of physics -- a framework devised to explain the nature of particles and their interactions.

APPARENTLY THIS MACHINE, called the CERN, COSTS 4.2 BILLION POUNDS…Which converted to dollars comes to a nice round figure of……about $8,000,000,000.

It’s the Einstein vs. Quantum Physicist hoopla. One looking out and one looking in...The one looking in…. is the one that really makes me nervous."It is so powerful that it is capable of creating mini-black holes."Mini-black holes!…..think about that for just a few minutes.

And keep in mind that no one has any idea what a black hole is…or what it actually does…EXCEPT FOR ONE THING….

IT SUCKS MATTER AND LIGHT INTO ITS REALM….ITS CORE…ITS HOLE. THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY CAN’T EVEN AGREE ON WHAT TO CALL THIS "THING."

A black hole is where DM or DE exists. Some scientists refer to it as Dark Matter and other scientists refer to it as Dark Energy. The fact that some high IQ knuckleheads, operating underground on the French/Swiss border, want to create mini-black holes, just simply freaks me out.I can imagine the moment that a mini-black hole is created and suddenly the machine….just disappears.

One scientist looks at another and says. "So what’s the matter?" And the reply from the other scientist is, "Matter? You mean what’s the energy?"

And they both stand there for one more second before being sucked into their newly created mini-black hole, (manufactured for the bargain price of $8 billion)…...

.....which then precedes to suck in Switzerland and France…followed closely there after by Spain, Italy, The Mediterranean Ocean, and the entire Middle East….followed soon by Africa and The Atlantic Ocean and last, but surly not least......…..you and me.
Have a nice day!
