NPR and the Attorney General's office

I was listening to NPR this morning while driving to pay my ridiculously overpriced cable bill.....and was reminded how the current administration has dropped the ball.

Eric Holder, the current Attorney General of the United States, has not even organized an INVESTIGATION into the 2008 financial meltdown, let alone file indictments.

NO INVESTIGATION by the chief law enforcer of the United States government INTO THE LARGEST MORTGAGE FRAUD EVER PERPETRATED IN THE UNITED STATES!

Nothing can be discovered without an investigation and it appears that our current administration has declared hands off on the financial giants who created the mess.

I'll repeat it again like I did a few months ago.....watch the film INSIDE JOB and then start your own investigation and simply ask why hasn't anyone from Goldman Sacks been indicted? And why hasn't an investigation been launched by the Attorney General's office.

And then I'm reminded of the recent Republican budget proposal that says ENTITLEMENTS are creating the debt in this country and cuts need to be made to the poor, Medicare, Medicaid, the elderly and all the people who need it the most. People who are disenfranchised are being blamed, by the Republican party, for all the problems that currently exist.

The cost of operating wars in foreign countries never seems to get mentioned. And then to top it off the Republicans want the tax rate for wealthy individuals and corporuptions to go from 35% to 25%.

The tax breaks in place for Corporuptions is so out of whack that companies like General Electric paid NO federal income tax in 2010......and they made $14.2 BILLION dollars in profit.

$14.2 billion IN PROFIT......NO FEDERAL INCOME TAX!

AND THE REPUBLICANS ARE STICKING TO THE TRICKLE DOWN BULLSHIT.

NO NEW JOBS ARE CREATED....JUST HIGHER PROFITS.

AND NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE CORPORUPTIONS CONTROL THE EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIAL BRANCHES OF OUR GOVERNMENT.

RALPH NADER MIGHT THE ONLY PUBLIC PERSONALITY THAT TELLS US WHAT IS WRONG....AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE JUST WRITE HIM OFF AS.....

CRAZY!

I'll tell you what is crazy.........

it's crazy how stupid the American public really is....and how propaganda actually works on a major level in ways that people don't even know is working.

Instead of having Ralph Nader talk to us on a weekly basis about the problems, 20 million people let Rush Limbaugh and the Rush Wannabees voice their incredible bullshit.

The two parties are bound by one principle and one principle only.

DON'T FUCK WITH CORPORATE AMERICA.

THE MANIPULATION OF GAS PRICES IN THIS COUNTRY IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW NEITHER PARTY GIVES ONE THOUGHT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW HIGH GAS WILL BE ONCE WE REALLY START CONSERVING?

Where is the voice of reason in all this madness?

BUT BETTER YET.....WHERE IS THE MASS VOICE OF COMPLAINT?

Please don't tell me it's the Tea Party!

I

might

vomit!

And now we have to get ready for a year and a half of election bullshit!

Obama was suppose to make a difference but

he seems to have been

Republicanized.

HOW ABOUT....

STOP THE WARS

TAX CORPORUPTIONS WHEN THEY OUTSOURCE SERVICE JOBS

TAX CORPORUPTIONS ON MONEY THEY MAKE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD THEY DO BUSINESS.

DON'T LET THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF OUR GOVERNMENT PROTECT CORPORUPTIONS

MAKE THE INDIVIDUAL COUNT AGAIN IN A COUNTRY THAT WAS FOUNDED ON EACH AND EVERY PERSON HAVING THE SAME RIGHTS AS EACH AND EVERY OTHER PERSON.

Don't you just love idealistic rhetoric?

And I've said it before and I'll say it agin....when did idealism become something evil?

When did the dreams of the way things should be..........become a crock of bullshit?

I want to remind everybody......that if you ignore the disenfranchised and choose to stop helping the people who really need the help then you become

cold

and

damp

and

then

frozen.

America is about something much larger than corporate success.

America

is

about

LOVE.

DEAL WITH IT!
