LIVE UPDATE

The first results are in and John McCain has a touchdown and a two pint conversion in Kentucky
Barack Obama has a field goal in Vermont
first score
8-3 McCain

A strange incident that I saw this afternoon on TV; the long lines in Virginia. I fully understand why there are lines very early in the morning....but why at 3 o'clock in the afternoon...and they (the reporters) were saying that it was a 2-3 hour wait.

2-3 HOURS??????????

I walked across the street in Santa Monica and voted in about ten minutes. I walked by another polling place that was even closer to my house but for some reason my polling place was two blocks away.

DOES VIRGINIA HAVE ONE POLLING PLACE?

McCain is ahead in Indiana but Obama is ahead in Florida.

Obama seemed to be doing stronger in certain parts of Indiana than Kerry...which could be a positive indication for the battleground states.

AND THEN McCAIN SCORES ANOTHER TOUCHDOWN AND TWO POINT CONVERSION IN SOUTH CAROLINA

current score
McCain 16
Obama 3

AND THEN A WHOLE BUNCH OF POLLS CLOSE....IT'S 8 O'CLOCK
AND
SUDDENDLY
THE SCORE IS

OBAMA 77
McCAIN 34

lot's 0f quick scoring for Barry's team....

YEAH...BABY!

AND THEN AT 7:29 pst

OBAMA.....207
McCain......135

IT'S GETTING CLOSER

I bet Lil Wayne is one happy MF.

AND AT 8:04....CNN DECLARES

BARACK HUSSIEN OBAMA

IS

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

AND I PERSONALLY AM TAKING A VERY DEEP BREATH

and saying softly

YES WE CAN!

Michael Timothy McAlevey
