CHANGE might not be the word

I fully understand the ramifications of needing to stay within certain parameters when it comes to taking over the White House.

I realize BO can't appoint Reverend Wright as Secretary of State and he can't name William Ayres as Secretary of Defense and of course he can't name David Geffen Secretary of Entertainment....
BUT
I'm a bit concerned how the NEW appointments will look to the INTENSE supporters of his campaign.
The first time voters who believed a CHANGE was possible must be kinda scratching their little heads wondering ....and huh?

The first picture of Barack, after the election, with his economic team... looked a tad bit like the previous picture. And by previous picture I mean the one we've been looking at for 200 years. There was a woman and there was a black man but the rest of them were the same o same o.....(is that the way one writes same o? I've never written it before)

Now today he announced that Robert Gates was staying on as Secretary of Defense for at least one year.

That just doesn't seem right even though one can put up a strong argument about the country being involved in two wars and making a quick change might cause multiple problems.

WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ONE OF THE MAIN IDEAS WHEN I VOTED FOR BO

CREATE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS FOR THE WMT'S (WAR MENTALITY THEORISTS)
CREATE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS FOR THE STATUS QUO

When one stops and truly thinks about the overall situation regarding the two party stranglehold on American politics... then one can honestly understand why Ralph Nader says what he says....and believe me I realize that it's a message that very few people want to hear.

OR WORST......THAT VERY FEW PEOPLE CAN HEAR.

WE HAVE SELECTIVE INFORMATIONAL HEARING IN THIS COUNTRY AND WE ARE DAMN PROUD OF IT.

WE HEAR WHAT WE'VE BEEN TRAINED TO HEAR.

JUST LIKE HOW WE INTERPRET THE EXISTENCE OF GOD.

IT COMES DOWN TO HOW SOMEONE ELSE HAS TOLD YOU IT SHOULD BE.

PROBABLY MUCH MORE SO IN REGARDS TO RELIGIOUS BELIEFS THAN POLITICAL BELIEFS, BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT BELIEF SYSTEMS ARE HANDED DOWN FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION AND THAT BRINGS ME TO A
NEO-ILLUMINATION.

INVESTIGATION AND
INTROSPECTION
CREATES
MORE ORDER

THE MYSTERIES OF THE UNIVERSE WILL ALWAYS OUTNUMBER THE KNOWN REALITIES
AND CHAOS
WILL FOREVER EXIST

OUR JOB, AS HUMAN BEINGS, MIGHT BE

AVOID
EXTINCTION

I JUST WANTED TO SEE BO APPOINT PEOPLE WHO WERE LESS INCLINED TO PROMOTE CHAOS AND MORE INCLINED TO PROMOTE ORDER....AND SO FAR IT LOOKS LIKE THE SAME PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN CONTRIBUTING TO THE CHAOS FACTOR.....

BUT THEN AGAIN THAT JUST MIGHT BE ME.
