During the last Supreme Court session they ruled in favor of BIG BUSINESS by ruling that an individual could not sue a company for making a faulty medical device IF THAT DEVICE WAS APPROVED BY THE FDA.
The little guy (you ) got slammed thanks to the RIGHT LEANING SUPREME COURT MAJORITY.
NOW IN THE UPCOMING SESSION THEY WILL APPARENTLY BE DOING THE SAME THING REGARDING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A LITTLE WHILE and then write your congressman.
