PART TWO

Name calling and saying what a person is politically without knowing that individual is flat out wrong.

NAME CALLING AND LABELING PEOPLE IS EXACTLY THE FORM OF POLITICS THAT OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT NOT ONLY ENCOURAGES BUT LEADS  BY EXAMPLE.

I defined Socialism yesterday and below are Webster's definitions of the three remaining systems in question.

It's fairly easy to determine which form of government you endorse.  




Definition of democracy

b: a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections

2: a political unit that has a democratic government

Definition of capitalism

: an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market

Definition of communism

1a: a system in which goods are owned in common and are available to all as needed

b: a theory advocating elimination of private property

Let's just start with the political ideology that seems to dominate the voices on the right side of the isle.

SOCIALISM

Definition of socialism  (Webster's)

1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods

2a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property

b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state

3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

Before we venture any further into this subject let's agree on a few simple and important facts.

THE REAL PROBLEM FACING LIBERALS OVER THE NEXT FOUR MONTHS IS THAT WE WILL SOON BE CALLED COMMIESIt's very easy to see the pattern developing and the playbook being used by the Trump Administration.  Simply go back in history and see how Richard Nixon conducted his campaigns of 1968 and 1972.I've started to notice it among my friends and family. I'm a liberal and lately I've been referred to as a socialist and pretty soon I will be a commie.It's probably already happened behind my back.The President of the United States is the head coach and the head coach sets the tone for the team.  That's the most important part of the job. And we are now halfway to Christmas and the gifts just keep on coming

20/20 is a news show on ABC and they generally cover strange stories about strange people doing strange things....usually along the line of mayhem and violence.

The word strange probably doesn't properly describe the people they cover.

Murdering your wife or husband is just evil.  When you murder someone and then use their body parts as paper-weights and then pass them out as Christmas presents.....now that action literally becomes strange.

To be honest I actually don't watch shows about strange people and I don't actually watch 2020 so in truth this posting by all reasonable accounts of the imagination is.....
strange.

The other day a pregnant squirrel tried to get in our front door because I had fed her some nuts a week are so earlier.  Yesterday I saw her trying to get across the street to reach the pine tree she lives in and since I didn't see a deceased squirrel on the road this morning I assume she made it.....but one has to consider that our crow population does an admirable job of being raptors, especially when it comes to squirrels in Santa Monica.  We have thousands of otospermophilus beecheyi running around our town and one very rarely sees a dead one.  I must attribute that fact to the raptors. The common name for our abundant species appears to be the California Ground Squirrel.  Their main enemies are rattlesnakes, eagles, raccoons, foxes, badgers and weasels. Since we only have a rather small population of raccoons in the neighborhood I have to assume the vast population is due to lack of predators.

Cars and trucks would also be a natural predator but very rarely does one see one of those large metal objects intentionally  tracking down a squirrel. What would fall into a strange category  would be to witness a driver-less Tesla attempting to run down a pregnant squirrel.

I keep thinking that those people who pay attention to our President and respect his take on all matters must be wondering why this HOAX virus dealio is still in the news.

Democrats and anyone leaning to the left of center are really overdoing this event.  Democrats and liberal people are strange people.  Simply ask any conservative voter that you know.....especially the ones who continue to support the 45th President of the United States.

Keep one thing in mind....the guy in the White House WILL receive at least 55 million votes in November.

55 MILLION......AT LEAST!

I ask this simple question......what's stranger......the squirrel story or that last line?

Now depending on much voter suppression the GOP can implement, how much nasty verbiage and name calling can Trump direct toward Joe, how much crime can be committed between now and Nov 3, how many violent incidents fake protesters can generate, how much influence can the FOX Opinion News show have over their loyal audience..........that 55 could get as high as 60.

He got 62 Million in 2016

With the mood of this country and everything that has gone on with his administration  I would hope the number could drop to 30 million.

30 million would be highly encouraging for the soul of the land and the future of America.

I'm now in the strange category that I created earlier.  You are reading something written by a human being that was positive McGovern was going to kick Nixon's ass in 1972.

For four months prior to that election those of us who paid attention to the news kept telling others that there was a scandal.

Apparently the American public ( very large percentage) does not pay attention to anything they don't want to pay attention to.

THAT'S THE SECRET HERE.  PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR WHAT THEY DON'T WANT TO HEAR AND NO AMOUNT OF CHATTER WILL CHANGE THAT FACT.

AFTER THE FACT IS ANOTHER STORY.

THE PROTEST AT THE TIME WERE MAINLY FOCUSED ON ENDING THE VIET-NAM WAR BUT THE ANGER WAS CONSTRUCTED FROM HEART BREAKING ASSASSINATIONS OF THREE GREAT LIBERAL THINKERS OVER THE PREVIOUS 9 YEARS.

The protests that are taking place today in America are focused on a long overdue problem.  Racial injustice toward the African American is 400 years in the making and elevating awareness to that problem has reached levels not seen since the 1960s.

BUT as the protests occur it seems that the issue is creating a platform for Trump to demand
LAW
and
ORDER

I find it appalling that this election could be an event which increases the use of a term like "White Power" that someone yelled as Trump drove by in his golf cart at a retirement community in Florida.

He actually Tweeted the comment and then shared it and then took it down from his account.

I'm pretty sure that falls in a much stranger category than anything I could ever write about a pregnant squirrel.

By the way I haven't seen her or her new family since last week and I'm fully admitting that I would like the same thing when it comes to our current
President of the United States

I would just like to stop seeing him in the news.  

But even if he loses the election he will then turn all of his attention to his newly developed media empire and

Almost a month since last entry and there are good reasons....with Baffled being the word that best describes how I feel.

First and foremost the previous post was extremely important because the GOP and their leader will keep telling us for the next four months that mail-in ballots lead to fraudulent use of the voting system.

Please read the statistics from the last post and don't let THEM create a problem that doesn't exist.

Tonight in Tulsa Donald J. Trump is holding his first re-election RALLY and he choose Tulsa, Oklahoma for that event.

Tulsa, Oklahoma has been in the news because of historical events that took place 100 years ago.

I expect you to research the tragedy on your own or watch the HBO 8 episode film Watchman.  The sci-fi part of the story will make it more modern but it also might leave you asking more questions than you started with....but with everything happening in 2020, it looks like the questions are never going to end so deal with it.

Right now on CSPAN they are covering the RALLY and I am recording it for prosperity. Actually I'm recording it so I can skip through the bullshit which I'm sure will dominate the event.

He actually told Tulsa not to have a curfew and he also is discouraging people from wearing masks.....in truth HIS current plan of keeping us posted about COVID-19.....

........IS SIMPLY TO NOT TALK ABOUT IT ANYMORE.

With this rally in Tulsa I think this officially kicks off the election.

He actually started last Thursday night by appearing on his son's new internet talk show.  And in that show one question Don Jr. asked his dad if it was true that Osama bib Laden actually supported Joe Biden running for President in the late 90's?

THOSE TWO PEOPLE TOGETHER MAKE THE WALKING DEAD SHOW SEEM LIKE A FAIRY TALE.

While speaking of elections I wanted to remind you that the second season of The Politician on Netflix is now streaming.  I've watched the first two episodes and am very impressed with the writing.  The show is intended to be a black comedy but some of the political verbiage is really current and very important.  If you missed season one I advise going back and starting from the beginning.

Covid-19 news

Our governor in California seems to be following the statistics by telling EVERYONE they need to wear a mask outside of their homes. Every state that opened early is getting a bump in cases and some countries that opened earlier are also feeling a resurgence.

BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY seems to be a phrase not being heeded by our President and his supporters.

I saw statistics that say 80 percent of Trump supporters don't wear masks
75% of Biden supporters do wear masks.

THIS IS A MASK ELECTION.    And when you stop and think about it on October 31 the type of masks that will be worn three days before the ELECTION will probably be very visible on Tuesday November 3.  
Why not just wear your costume to the polls? 

I'm officially putting that suggestion into the psyche of the American consciousness.   

All great ideas must start somewhere.

Black Lives Matter movement.....all I can say is watch the documentary 13th on NETFLIX or YOU TUBE and then you might understand why this type of movement is extremely long overdue.

300 + years of focused betrayal of the words that Thomas Jefferson wrote in 1776.....
ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.....BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH......

The fringe groups that are using the movement for something other than justice for Black people is quite another story and their attempt to steal the thunder will hopefully not interfere with the type of reforms that need to take place.

Redistribution of funding to Police Departments all over country is a very important issue.  Police should not have to deal with mental patients.  Police should not be concerned with people smoking pot. Police should not have to concern themselves with homeless people.

Santa Monica is a prime example.  We have an outreach program with qualified human resource people traveling around Santa Monica intending to help the homeless.

I think there are 6 to 10 of those outreach people.

We have 981 homeless people.

We have 233 police officers and 250 civilian officers (they don't carry guns and they travel in the white trucks)

Of the 981 homeless at least 50% have mental problems and should be in a facility that can help them either receive the right drugs or participate in programs that attempt to help them reenter society on a somewhat normal basis.

Younger people don't know that Ronald Reagan started the process of closing Mental Health facilities and basically created the homeless population that we have today.

AGAIN...THIS IS A SUBJECT THAT EACH AND EVERYONE SHOULD DO RESEARCH ON THEIR OWN.

JUST LIKE EXAMINING THE TREATMENT THAT BLACK PEOPLE HAVE RECEIVED OVER THE LAST 400 YEARS.

Please simply type this question in your search engine.

HOW MANY BLACK PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HUNG SINCE THE CIVIL WAR?

If you ask that question and aren't horrified by the answer than you are part of the
problem.

It's a question.

and it was the cornerstone question of the anti-war, free speech and female movements of the late 60's and early 70's

That question is simple.

WHERE IS THE LOVE?

It truly baffles me that the word is rarely mentioned by anyone wanting change.

FAKE NEWS REGARDING MAIL IN VOTER FRAUD

THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE AND MUST BE ADDRESSED BY ANYONE WHO DEMANDS FAIR AND ACCURATE ELECTIONS

In the last 20 years approximately 700 MILLION people
have voted in the PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.

(keep in mind that 45% of eligible voters don't vote)

I'm asking you to do some research on your own and discover how many voter fraud incidents have been uncovered since the year 2000.

Now, how many mail-in ballot fraudulent incidents have been legally verified?

Before I post numbers I simply want you to realize that mail-in voter fraud is
a
non-existent
issue.

NON-EXISTENT means that percentage wise the number is so low that no one in their right mind would try to make this an issue.

AND THAT BRINGS UP THE FACT

IS
MAKING
THIS

ISSUE.

AND HIS 80 MILLION FOLLOWERS ON TWITTER BELIEVE THAT IT SHOULD BE AN ISSUE.

THIS IS SIMPLY A DEMOCRAT VS REPUBLICAN ISSUE

EVERYONE IN AMERICA SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAIL IN THEIR BALLOT.....PERIOD!

It might even increase the percentage of people who vote by 5 to 10 %...maybe more.

What the Republican Party and President "Biff" know is that if everyone could mail in their ballot the Republican Party would lose the election by a rather large margin.
